Dear colleagues:
The 7th Technical Conference in Eastern Asia on Geo-Natural Disasters (7TCEAGND) will be held in Chengdu, China,
in May 12-14, 2018. This series conference is organized under Asian Technical Committee 3 on Natural Hazards (ATC3)
of the International Society for Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering (ISSMGE), which is currently chaired
by Prof. Motoki Kazama of Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan. Lanzhou Institute of Seismology, China Earthquake
Administration will be resposible for the local organizing affairs.

The first announcement of this Conference and the paper template are attached. All of you are welcome to contribute
the technical conference with your participation and moblizing your colleagues, students and friends to attend
the conference. Please note the tight deadline of submitting abstracts. However, the deadline for submitting
full papers will be propably extended.

We are looking forward to seeing you in Chengdu, China.
