The comittee of SOFTSOILS2016 cordially invite your participation in the International Conference on “PROBLEMATIC SOILS AND GROUND IMPROVEMENT (SOFT SOILS 2016), which will be held in Bandung, 27-29th September 2016.

We believe that the theme of the conference is an important aspect and challenging for all geotechnical engineers in practice, hence your contribution in the conference will be very valuable. 

The deadline for abstract submission is April 30, 2016. Please keep the deadline in your calendar if you are planning to submit papers or to attend the conference. The abstracts and the papers will be peer reviewed by experts in the area. All approved papers will be published in proceedings with ISBN and to be distributed during the conference. High quality papers will be selected and requested for extension to be published in the Journal of Asian and South East Asian Geotechnical Society in 2017. We appreciate your timely submitted abstracts and papers.

Aside from the conference, 2nd International Geotechnical Festival is an interesting competition for undergraduate and graduate students will also be held on September 25-27 September 2016. If you are faculty members, please encourage your students to participate.
